Lake Delton’s Wonder Spot has wowed tourists for more than half a century. Located in a wooded ravine, this spot consists of a crooked cabin where people can’t stand up straight, water runs uphill, and chairs balance themselves on two legs. This place is one of the 21 known “gravity vortexes†in the United States.
Its owner, Bill Carney, has sold this tourist attraction to the village of Lake Delton for the sum of $300,000. The village plans to bulldoze the cabin so they can build a road through the crevice.

Alfie Carrington doesn’t believe in UFO’s. His obsession is science fiction. Inspired by avionic pioneers, Orville and Wright, Alfie has invested nearly $60,000 for the materials he believes are needed to make this vehicle work. What you’re seeing in the photograph is a prototype of his version of the Jetson’s car, which he hopes will replace traditional automobiles one day.
“Why drive when you can fly 500 m.p.h.?” he asked.
That’s a chilling thought, considering that many people have problems driving 50mph.

This sighting took place in Tomsk, Russia sometime around September of last year. At first, I thought it was a test rocket. Then it darkened and expanded into what resembled a meteor before a white, spiraling shape shot out of the top of the dark mass. I’m not about to guess what it is, but will say that it was a spectacular sight to watch.

Rick Lisko of Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin was driving down his mile-long driveway on November 22 when a small herd of deer sprinted across the road in front of him. He slowed down. The two does made it across, but the young buck ran under the man’s truck and got killed.
Lisko made a startling discovery when he left his truck to check the animal’s welfare. The buck not only had male and female reproductive organs, but seven legs that resembled crab’s pinchers. The majority of them were three to four-inch appendages that grew from the buck’s hind legs. Another appendage was found on one of the front legs.
“It kind of gives you the creeps when you look at it,” he said, but he thought he saw the appendages moving, as if they were functional, before the deer was hit.
Lisko called Warden Doug Bilgo of the state Department of Natural Resources, who tagged the deer and took pictures of it for his managers. Afterwards, Lisko had it skinned and ate the venison.
